For leads running 3+ projects

Nothing slips
past you

Lookouts watches every Linear and Jira project you lead and hands you one short list each morning: what's blocked, what's slipping, who's stuck. Before an exec asks.

The problem

Eight boards. One you forgot.

Leads don't lose track because they're careless. Boards are built for doing the work, not for watching it, so checking eight of them every day quietly stops happening. The one you skip is the one that comes up in the exec meeting.

How it works

A five-minute morning instead of eight tabs.

8:58

The digest lands

One Slack DM: what needs you across every project, ranked. Snooze or mark handled right there.

9:00

Five minutes of triage

E to handle, S to snooze, N to draft a nudge to the assignee. Lookouts writes the message; you hit send.

9:15

Standup, with answers

You already know what's blocked, who's stuck and which sprint is behind. Nobody gets to surprise you.

The map

One map. Four questions.

Every project sits where you put it. Switch the lens and the same map answers a different question. The ring around each logo drains when you haven't looked in a while.

What it watches

Twelve ways work slips. Each one explained.

Every alert says why it fired and which rule caught it. Related alerts are grouped and each project is capped, so the list stays short enough to read.

196→15

Raw alerts vs. what Lookouts showed on a real 7-project workspace.

Questions

Does Lookouts change anything in my boards?

No. It reads from Linear and Jira. The only thing it registers is a Jira webhook so updates arrive quickly.

Will my team know I'm using it?

No. Nothing is posted anywhere unless you copy a drafted message yourself.

How is this different from Linear or Jira dashboards?

Dashboards show status when you go and look. Lookouts works across both tools and tells you what needs you, before you go looking.

What if it's too noisy?

Related alerts are grouped, each project is capped, and every alert shows the rule that fired. Set a project to Calm and its thresholds relax.

Can I sign up with a personal email like Gmail?

Not at the moment. Lookouts is built for work accounts, so sign up with your company email or with Google using a work account.

Does it work with Jira Data Center?

Not yet. Jira Cloud and Linear are supported today.
